Ways to promote myself as a Realtor

Hello everyone.... Thanks for stopping in and showing interest in my forum....

I just wanted to see if I can get any feedback, tips, or pointers on ways to promote or advertise myself AS a Real Estate Agent to buyers, sellers, AND Above All..... INVESTORS!!

I know Dean shows ways of attracting RE agents to YOU the investor...
Now I'm looking for ways to attract the Investor to ME the Agent...

CLEVELAND, OH - Wholesale Deals

Hi everybody,

I'm quite new to wholesaling but have been putting in a lot of work getting to know the Cleveland market and building a list of investors/cash buyers.

Just wanted to reach out and see if anyone else was investing in the Cleveland area? It would be great to get in touch with other like minded people and hopefully work on some deals together.

Secret way to find vacants

I found a unique way of finding vacant properties and want to share it with you so you can utilize it. Recently I was networking and talking with a local firefighter and realized they use The local tax website for firefighting related uses. I learned that vacant houses are a focus for them so they can keep a record of who what and where these properties are so they will know that no one is inside 99 % if there is a fire. It's not 100/% but they at least keep a record of these. This was an eye opener for me as I inquired about getting this list and saving myself some work. I also offered my assistance to save them some work with what I had done for investigating vacants and in the process developed a team effort.

Kansas City and Saint Louis, MO Investors!

Hello everyone, I'm a wholesaler here in Denver, CO but am going to a different market and have been having a smooth process with Kansas City and Saint Louis, MO and was wondering if anybody is a buyer, wholesaler or a ANYBODY who does real estate in those cities please network with me! Trying to get that first deal in those markets done by July 30th 2015, my 26th birthday. It'll be a nice little payday for me.

I have a lot of cash buyers, but I cannot get properties to save my life. I thought I had a source and it fell throug.

I have tried everything. Realtors, small banks, credit unions...I found vacant properties, but you cannot get any information on them at all.
