HI this bexsentico and i just want to let folks know i didnt write this its some info i found out and thought it might be helpful as it was to me

I have been working with more and more real estate investor wholesalers. One of the first questions I am asked by people who are new to the business is exactly how wholesalers actually make money.

First, I want to describe what a wholesaler does and does not do and then I will cover how they actually make a profit when they wholesale a deal.

This is for anybody in cleveland ohio or matter of fact anywhere in ohio love to hear from you

Many would be investors that find it hard to meet and talk to others kid themselves that they can do everything themselves. However, it's a whole lot quicker to find someone who has the experience and expertise that you lack so you don't have to spend your time and talents reinventing the wheel. Be sure that you take advantage of investers experience that surround you!

I've been so bummed that there is no REI Club within 150 miles of me, but there may be one starting soon. Just wondering if there's anyone else on the site in the area.

Seeking Mentor REI in Oklahoma City

Since I'm new to this website I am not completely familiar with all its features.

Is there a space or forum on this board where I could possibly post the wholesale deals I'm finding in order to either assign the deal or network with a student who is already doing his/her own deals (and get a finder's fee)?
