Attempting to get a 1-800 number set up from COAPHONESOLUTIONS They say they do not have the pre written messages to have the callers listen to.

Does anyone know how to get these installed on the number I get and are there other scripts available other then the FORECLOSURE HOTLINE Script ?

i wanted to start this thread to encourage others by us who went to the Edge to post our biggest "Aha" moments. I just got back from seeing my fam after the Edge & man I had the time of my life too btw!

my biggest aha moments were when Brendan Bershird spoke(sorry If I mispelled his name) when he said that we should be the best version of ourselves that we can be & the way he spoke-so real & honest-it blew me away.

The networking was off the hook, when I am ready to buy rentals I know exactly who to go to now! They are rocking it in NW Indiana & wholesaling a bunch of properties & they will to me for rentals, a few couples actually are doing that in other areas of the country.

During the Edge and after the Edge people talk about their A-HA moment and I would think of one thing or another. Well I was just listening to a motivational video on YOUTUBE and it reminded me of my A-HA moment from The Edge, the one that I had already forgotten, SQUIRREL! I don't recall who said this so I hope someone can post who it was so they get the credit. It might of been John H or maybe Brandon B? When we were kids and we'd say we want to be an astronaut, or a famous singer or maybe an Olympic Gymnist, or professional baseball player, what did most parents or adults say?

It was a weekend of the year. Maybe even a weekend of your life. You might just look back to May 1-3, 2015 and say that weekend changed my life forever!

Back in 2009, Dean was promoting his first ever live event. I knew we would not want to miss it because the ad even said he may never do it again. We made the commitment and went. I would not miss this event and always be sure to attend it. This event has some ENERGY that words alone can not describe.

I also want to thank Dean and his staff for putting together such an event to help all of us all get inspired to do that first deal or get us to the next level.

We are the DG family and we have a Dean that is passionate for our success. We are the EDGE Class of 2015!!!!!!!!

The countdown is over, the ball has dropped, there is confetti in the air, there are more EDGE New year resolutions! Many of us that attend the EDGE measure our real estate new year from EDGE event to EDGE event. It is like our accounting fiscal year but we measure our progress in real estate investing from the annual EDGE Event to EDGE Event. After attending this year's EDGE event, we all have more knowledge, more information, more tips, more strategies and more ideas. We realize it is a new year, a fresh start. A do over! A chance to start again!!!!!

One of deans video blogs he showed us that its changing and there are new ways of atracting buyers and sellers. So all that success academy lessons I learned 3yrs back is outdated? yes been 3 or more yrs with no 1st deal. Does that mean I have to pay another 2 to 4 thousand dollars I dont have? Something wrong here. Can anyone explain? or Dean can you please reply to my post and explain? Thank you.

I'm new to this site and fully devoted to making a permanent change in my life.

I've just started reading Dean's "30 days to Real Estate Cash." This is my first week reading it so I want to keep every and anyone interested in my progress.

Also, to those that have taken this path already, any advice would be appreciated.

I will use the script in the book when contacting agents. my question is how long did it take most of you until you started receiving listings from the agents?

Any tips on this stage?

Makes me feel more connected , is anyone having the same issue?

I have a broker's license and have an LLC through which I have close a handful of deals. I am not an active RE broker - have used my designation to purchase homes for me and a few friends over the years. What are the pros and cons of using this LLC to do investment deals. I would really appreciate feedback.
