Drug addicts and alcoholics ALWAYS succeed in getting their fix. So they win because the don't quit.

I hear and see so many new REI quit because they "CAN'T" or 'this don't work', or 'don't have time'.

So, ask yourself WHY an addict or alcoholic CAN and YOU CAN'T.

Please explain... I can't wait to hear/read YOUR excuse.

Profit...is it passive or earned income

I bought a house over a year ago and have been working on it to rehab and sell. Due to illness and a death in my family, this rehab did not take priority. I am now finishing up the rehab (it is in my entities name)and plan to sell. I was recently told that because I held it for over a year, it would be considered inventory and the profit will be earned income not passive income. Have any other investors dealt with this. Should I rent then sell in order to avoid this problem?

Lic. Realtors in SC

If a Realtor has there Lic. in SC is it ok for them to assign deals or do a double closing or would they have to put there license into inactive status?

Has anyone heard of paying a Realtor a retaining fee of 500 dollars and you get it back when you buy a property through them, I never ever heard of that from any Realtor so far until this one I talked to today. Jim
