Realtors

Has anyone heard of paying a Realtor a retaining fee of 500 dollars and you get it back when you buy a property through them, I never ever heard of that from any Realtor so far until this one I talked to today. Jim

Hi jbischoff,
I am a Realtor and I have never heard of such a thing. That Realtor is just trying to get your business. But then again, each Realtor is different.
