Question about "4 weeks to freedom"

Hi guys, this is my first post, hehe, I purchased the Edge 2015 course and noticed that Matt Larson kept referring to another program "4 weeks to freedom" that has more depth into fundemental questions etc...

I'm new and I just wanted know if the begginners class on the Edge 2015 is sufficient or if I would benefit from buying the "4 weeks to freedom" course?

I'm not even sure where to buy the course or if it's for sale at the moment.

To all of Dean's Staff and Dean himself, thanks for everything! I have been watching the Edge 2015 relentlessly, and I feel the only thing that I can't do right now as a begginner doing his first wholesale is find a consistant buyer, I have all I need to find Comps, do a quick Rehab Estimate etc.. truely fantastic stuff!!

Good day

I am not to sure were to put this question so everything else seems a good go to.

My story is i started this program and even Dean's class 7 years ago and have DONE amazing..Thank you DG Team for that. I started off in MO as it was cheap let me practic and if i failed...i'd lose a few thousand at most..compared to 100's were i live currently.

The problem

I sold my last house out in MO, i signed a quick deed transfer had it notirized and sent to him in trust he would pay as well trust in his lawyer.

Closing deals while out of the country?

Anyone have any thoughts on closing deals while out of the country, and any implications such as needing to sign docs physically? For wholesaling, fix and flip, buy and hold and using private money respectively? I am not returning to the USA for a couple of months but would like to get started right now! Thank you so much for your help!

Recommended CRM?

Hi there! Just getting started on the course and as I'm setting up my infrastructure I was hoping I could get a recommend or two on real estate CRMS and why you like them. thank you!!!!

How much earnest money

Hello everyone! I am working my way towards getting my first wholesale deal done, and I wanted to understand the process of depositing earnest money.

I am assuming that I will have to pay the seller some earnest money when I lock up a purchase agreement. Is that correct? How much will that be, and does it vary depending on if it's an MLS or non-MLS listing? Who do I make out the check to and who gets it - the seller, or the title company?

I know these are very basic questions, but I am trying to understand the nuts and bolts of the process. Thanks.

Help yourself by helping others

I have found that helping others is a great way to help yourself. In my case this weekend I started sharing more of my investor friendly realtor MLS listings on my Facebook and other social media platforms. Immediately i began to establish connections with people who were looking at it and asking questions.Since they know who I am and what I do ,The question is always - how much on land contract for a down Pymnt and MNTHLY ?

Quotes

I just read a quote that hit home for me and had to share it with you.
"The same boiling water that softens the potato, hardens the egg. It's not about your circumstances. It's about what you're made of"

BE PREPARED OUCH

Not everything is so smooth in real estate. Be prepared for tough times because not everything goes as planned. I know with us, right now we have one empty rental, we just got it on the market this week after taking a month longer then expected to rehab, so its sitting there with no income. Next we have another renter moving out at the end of this month and no one ready to go move it yet. Then we have a rehab that took a month longer and a little over budget supposed to close at the end of the month but its been bumpy during the whole negotiating and DD time and we are praying it still closes. BUT then we get the ultimate call just a few minutes ago to put the cherry on top, the renter in one of our other properties passed away this week and we now have that to deal with.
