Hello,

I am running into an issue trying to locate cash buyers of real estate in the last 90 days. I emailed the county assessor and treasurer in hopes of getting a direct link. Has anyone else run into problems like this? Any suggestions?

Hello. This is Mike Cadotte from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Just wondering if there are any Canadians on here? I am new to the Real Estate Investing arena. I have just started reading Dean's book "30 Days To Real Estate Cash".

I would like to network with other Canadians who are either just starting, have already started and are having successes with Real Estate Investing.

As I meet so many students across the country so many new investors to real estate have one major thing that often holds them back. I believe they have a little voice that holds them back from being 100% committed and believing that they can be a success in real estate investing. That little voice makes a perfect 100% into a 99% or a 99.99%. That .01 percent can sometimes make a major difference. I often ask them to really commit and often face their doubts or fears head on. That doubt can turn into confidence especially after they complete their first real estate deal. The slow walk and timid approach can turn into a new investor with some real estate swagger! Believe in real estate and believe in yourself. You have to believe to achieve! Go make it happen! - Joe

I'm very thankful for the opportunity to post a topic relevant to my situation here.

I got drawn toward US real estate in March 2015 when a company called 'Income Education' came to Canberra, Australia informing people of the massive potentials of being an investor of US real estate.

Since that initial presentation, I have been on two 3 day training courses and to a Buying Summit in Las Vegas.
Even with all the information I have been provided to date by Income Education, I have been finding it very hard to get started in wholesaling (Assignment of contracts) and have not been able to do a deal as yet. It has been a very disappointing road so far but I don't want to give up.

Please inbox me. I'm a Real Estate agent who has my license ins Maryland. I'm looking for an investor who is ready to make money buying properties Or a wholesaler who has an active buyers list and is willing to wholesale properties off the MLS.

Hello , i have read about 50% of 30 Days To Real Estate Cash and im so pumped up to just jump in and do the homeworks and exercises, but i am not from USA and that alone is making negative emotions and toughts, making me belive that maybe it couldnt be done. Deep down i know there must be a solution, but somehow i haven't found it yet.

Is there any solution for people that are from other countries to do wholeselling in USA ? What do i need ?

From reading the book so far i see that 14day inspection is a problem since i won't be able to do it myself and also doing all those paperwork assignments and purchase contracts are legal stuff.

What options do i have ? I would really love to go the path of RE Wholeselling.

Yesterday, it was time to play Super Bowl 50 in California. I saw they played it in Santa Clara, California home of the San Francisco 49ers. I am not an expert on football but I have to wonder how does a team called the San Francisco 49ers play 45 miles away in Santa Clara. I guess the Santa Clara 49ers does not have the same ring to it. Now, I am only kidding about this. I have been a cheerleader for more than 10 years for football. I was a Cheerleader for Middle school, high school and college. I love to cheer and football was a fun time in my life.
