Greetings DG Family!!

Although I have been following Dean for some time now, I am finally getting committed to following his advice.

Some background info: my husband, who is self-employed, was injured on the job in May of 2014, and is still out of work due to his injuries. He was the sole income provider for our family and this has affected us greatly. I believe that Real Estate can get us where we need to be faster than a j-o-b, so I am reading Dean's book 30 Days to Real Estate Cash, and one of the things Dean said I need to do is post on this website - hence, this post!!

Any successful Wholesaler's out there? Any Wholesaling tips? How long did it take you to get paid on your first deal?

I need to make a request of my DG family. My brother Loren has been evaluated for a lung transplant and made it to number 1 on the list. Today he was notified to go to the hospital in Aurora, Colo at 10:00 pm tonight to check in and prep for 6:00am surgery. I am acting in faith and hope that all will go well. I am asking all believers out there to pray with me about this and add him to all prayer circles. He has had a lung capacity of 17% and that has decreased so he struggles to breathe. His wife Joyce and their grown children are all there together. I have given this to the Lord my God and will pray for the person losing their life and for the staff at the hospital and for the encampment of Angels around all of them.

IS what I hear ALL the Time.

OR some other EXCUSE WHY they Can't or are NOT ALLOWED to CHANGE the Family Financial FUTURE.

I STILL don't GET IT.

REI IS WEALTH!!

IF You have STUDIED/Learned REI and used 'Monopoly money' on deals you thought were good,followed them to resale and they DID pan out profitable, you may be onto something.

I was going to get real estate training from a company called "RENATUS" has anyone heard of them?
But, I'm thinking Dean has everything I need to be a successful RE Investor.
I am just looking for a little feedback from the DG Family.

I would like to hear from investors who are also Realtors. Do you believe that it is a help or a hindrance?

My whole life I have been in the restaurant business. While living in NJ in 2002 I decided to get a real estate license. I was a very successful Realtor and as such I did get the inside scoop on a few incredible deals. However, sometimes my license was a hindrance. By law Realtors have to disclose that they have a license. Many times I would tell a FSBO owner or potential buyer that I was an investor inquiring on behalf of myself, but as soon as I disclosed that I was licensed a lot of people would immediately shout "I'm not working with any Realtors!"
