I want to know the differences in the Success Academy and Insider Elite since both offer Coaching. I've read Dean's books but still feel that I need Guidance. I'm confident that both are Great but for someone that's trying to get started, which one should I invest in FIRST?

DEANS SUCCESS ACADEMY - is ACCESS to Deans coaches. The Success Academy is like going to school to learn all Dean teaches. There are workbooks and lessons to complete. All online. You learn things that stick with you. You have access to coaches to ask questions as you are doing your deals. Oh yes it is true that Deans offers you a full refund if you complete 5 deals in 12 months. I >>>think<<< but I’m not sure that it may cost like $10,000. There are less expensive versions also like around $3000 with no refund and small monthly payments. Its some serious coaching. happy investing everybody. we can do this. there is no legitimate excuse why anybody can't do this. no excuse in the world is good enough. don't you think these successful people had excuses the same as you !! so stop using your excuse and get to studying 30 DAYS TO REAL ESTATE CASH and get busy making money.
Thanks so much for the info. It seems to me that, to get started, the Success Academy would be most beneficial. Then Insider Elite to sustain as well as increase my knowledge in Real Estate while being surrounded by like-minded individuals. Am I right?
The success Academy will hold you accountable to make sure your doing the work and will walk you through to close on you first deal, basically hold your hand. I'm apart of IE and I love it, the only reason I never joined the success academy is because it was more expensive than IE but if I had the money I would.

So giving the progress that you've made, do you feel you would be further along had you went with the Success Academy? You seem to have substituted one for the other. Do you feel you would be more equipped had you received the Coaching from the Success Academy?
