I have had a premium membership on Loopnet from time to time for years. This is a good site with valuable information. I have found it to be very useful for income property and land, especially for development deals. If you are truly in the market, then it is certainly worth the cost.

were you able to purchase properties from what loopnet advertise?
I'm looking for multifamily or apartment units but hasn't been successful in finding something fits my budget.
