Need A little Help

I went to look at 2 homes today, Very nce homes.I would like to have you guys help me put the # together so I can do this first deal right...

House #1
List price $139,900
Zillow $116,700
Sqft $93 (1873)
Repair $3,500
Homes in the area sells for $120ish To sell quick needs to be around $110k

House #2
List Price $104,000
Zillow $90,900
Sqft $73 (1243)
Repair $3,500

Can you guys help me please

Frankly

There's not enough profit in those for me. Unless you can get them for way under Zillow price.

Need Help

Conquest, first you should go to the tax accessor office in your area and see what they have been assessed at. Pull a CMA comp from your RE agent. Use these for your guide line. Or just make it simple and offer 50% of asking price.
