OfflineI recently set up a website with Vista Print that has my phone ringing off the hook.
I've had websites for years but never got the responses I desired until now.
I believe it's due to the easy set up instructions that Vista Print offer's to help get your site ranked very high on search engines and stay at the top.
The site looks very nice and professional.
My site is ranked at the very top of my local market.
In fact, I just received another call this morning from a gentlemen who found my site with a property he wants to sell.
The ARV is $249K and he own's it "FREE & CLEAR" in Chesterfield Mo, one of the best cities to live near St. Louis.
He has just moved his Mother In-Law to a nursing home and has no need for the property.
We will be meeting on Friday morning "Early".
I highly recommend getting a website. It's very inexpensive and attracts seller's and buyer's too you which is a must in my opinion.

with my Vistaprint site. I am trying to get to the top of pages, but I mustn't be using the right words or something. Can you share? I even bought the SEO package to optimize it. I'm in a HUGE metropolitan area though, so that makes the competition FIERCE here.
What are you doing to market your website? This has a lot to do with how many leads and how many people go there.
I would love to know your marketing strats:)

I'm not a computer Geek or website Pro by any means. I just simply done what the site suggested to get the yellow bars to green. That utimately gets your ratings higher.
I had to play with different key words that worked for my area and website. For example, if homeowner's in my town of Florissant are searching using "Florissant Foreclosure Help", then I made sure that the content on my foreclosure page or other pages had "Foreclosure Help in Florissant" or something close to it at least once.
The trick is to make sure your content is relevant.
Be sure to read the key word instructions thoroughly until you understand what it is asking of you.

I do nothing more than ensure my website content is relevant to get me to the top of search engines in my local area.
I occassionally try to get away with putting my website in my craiglist ads.
That's about all I've done.

That's what I've done and all my bars are high green, but I don't see it coming up at the top or event he first several pages for mine. Hmm... I wonder if I should add specific cities to mine.

I used my local city in my website to ensure I attracted local homeowners.
That seems to help since most of your clients are looking for local help.
Keep in mind also that search engines look for relevant information. Also, you are competing with other websites as well.

Got a chance to make as much as $25K on another deal, all from my website advertising.
