I looked at condos I wanna say around yr half ago because they surround our lake here and I thought it would be a hot area, it wasn't. Never looked back, maybe the market has changed I will have to take another look.

We averaged $2500 a unit so over the last 60 days we made $52,500 working this little niche. Got an awesome fix/flip going in Tampa Fla. Too. Also wholesaled 7 SFHs during that 60 day time period.

Deans stuff is the best by far!! I am so grateful to know him and to have learned his techniques.

My partner and I started looking at condos in March and have been doing very well. We actually found a really big unit we're fix and flipping, closing is tomorrow! I remember when I started in 2011 I thought you couldn't wholesale condos. HA! What was I thinking!

The process is really no different than what we do on Single Family Detached. The one major difference is the HOA and their financial condition and the condition of the property.
