OfflineI joined the DG family in 2009 after reading Dean's book "Be a Real Estate Millionaire". Since then I have went on to leverage every bit of knowledge and education that Dean had to offer. From his Weekly Wisdom to the Success Academy the education and training that he provides is not only dynamic but IT WORKS!
I completed my first deal 30 days after reading his book and I am closing on deal #613 in August. CRAZY HUH?
I am a stay at home mother of 7 children and a wife of 26 years. Not to toot my own horn but All of the education and techniques were worthless unless I put them into action. You can gain all of the knowledge that Dean has to offer and yet if YOU do not put action to the knowledge you have just wasted all of your money.
The key ingredient to all of this is YOU! YOU must put this into action and before you know it you will be closing deal #613!!
I have never been good with boundaries... I was always the one who would put one step over the limit and say "YOU DARE ME TO STEP WHERE? HERE? YOUR SAYING I CAN"T STEP HERE?" While I already have one foot over the boundary and on the other side. 
There will be boundaries in this process. Some set by others but most are set by you... that's right you put up your own boundaries through fear, doubt and insecurity you put up boundaries. Every time you say " I can't" you put up a boundary between you and the thing your trying to do. You can tear down those boundaries by saying " How can I"? instead of "I can't"! because truth is IF I CAN DO IT SO CAN YOU!
Some of these deals I made a nice profit on and some I have made a very small profit on but profit is profit! Wholesaling can make you rich but Investing yourself will make you wealthy! So whatever your action plan is whether to wholesale or invest yourself do it with your whole being... live for it, love it and be determined to accomplish your dream!

Its good to see that you haven't slowed down and are still out there getting deals done. I'm from NJ as well and have been a DGer since Feb 2012. Your story stood out to me not just because you're from NJ but because of how you branched out and made money from outside of our state. Wow 600+ deals that is incredible thanks for sharing!

I am revamping this thread for a reason... To ignite the fire! What fire? Your fire! I get excited when I read this thread. I look at it and still try to absorb it all. No kidding I do. I can still remember being that depressed, stressed out person that picked up Dean's book for the first time and thought " I MUST MAKE THIS WORK, BUT HOW?"
Now I look at this thread and I am sooo amazed at what I have accomplished, not in a prideful way but on the contrary I am humbled by what God has done in my life. It is Him who gave me the strength that I needed to push through. I was so weak when I first started, so worn out with life and so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I could have never done this without a supernatural boost.
This post humbles me and helps me to see that I did not do this on my own.
I have wholesaled more deals since this post, not sure the exact number, but more
i plan on doing even more in 2014! With His help of course

I haven't done a wholesale deal, but I've done one bird dog deal and the 2nd one will close on Monday. I'm on my 2nd realtor and she is great! I'm not going nearly as fast as you did, but I'm slowly making progress.
