Dream the dream people !!!!!!

Had started 30 days to fast cash first of november with a goal of having my first deal by december 15th. It's come and gone and I've not reached my goal. I called RE agents and thought I had some listings, when I checked my email, it waw empty; they totally ignored me. I didn't call back and have had some personal stuff I needed to attend to, so I haven't called other RE agents on my list. Ok, that's my job tomorrow! Thanks for the "kick in the butt" Denise

Being somewhat of an older veteran to this site I fully agree with Keith's post. There are so many ways for each and everyone of you to make money in REI, but when you get knocked down get right back up and start again. Don't ever give up on your dreams, ever. When Jeremy and I first got started so many people laughed and told us it could not happen. Now after 4 years of investing and building a small empire of our own, those same people come to us for advise, wisdom and money. We never gave up on our dream, never will. Do the same for you and your family. The view is much better from the top instead of the bottom. Now go do some deals...Jan

Jan said it best. If agents don't call you back call another one and so on. I the MLS is not working send out yellow letters. If that doesn't work use post cards. Yes it takes time and some money to do these things but it will pay you back trust me on that one. July 2012 was a real turning point for me when some big deals closed and I knew I was there for the rest of my days. Now it is all about helping others get there....If i turn and put out my hand and you don't take it shame on you..If i don't turn around and put my hand out shame on me...NOW GO GET SOME

As Keith said its all about thinking out of the box and being creative and ask , you will never get anything if you dont ask and take action, what an example he is as well as everyone else is on here.Lost some great opportunties
and some great rewards if they had of gone through not only for me but all those who were involved in the deals with me and some were DGers, but we will get er done, Jim ( next deal!!!!!!!)

find another agent. It is best to have more than one agent anyway IMHO! Melanie and Denise you may also want to put up your bios, so others can connect with you.

Thanks for the post here. I really feel that it is about giving back the older i get. What you hold in your arms there is what it is all about. Nice pic... Have a great xmas and remember what it is really about this year....
