Hello everyone! I previously asked this question to another Dg'er but never got a response so I thought I would ask others.... I am struggling with implementing as little "systems" in my everyday REI career as possbile. As the days go by, I seem to detetmine better ones, but still want to use the older, proven ones. I wolud like to bring my spouse in on the business on more of a full-time basis but feel that I need to become more organized first. Any advice would be helpful

Once the 1st deal rolls around and it goes through and he sees the $, he'll come around. That's usually how it works with some naysayers. You need his support to get you through this. What are your main trouble spots?
The truth for sure, but do take action, and do it the old way first, because it works, are you getting your bandit signs out, the phone should be ringing if there out, are you doing direct mailings to absent owners or per-foreclosurer list, sending out yellow letters to expire listings from the MLS, you need a realtor to get you a list of expired listings for the last 90 days, looking forward to hearing bout your first deal, its only a day away...John H. He's not a naysayer. He helps out alot with my deals but I want to bring him in on more of a full time basis. Right now I have him show houses and we work jointly on fixers. I just feel as though I need to eliminate some of the "systems" so that I can better focus.

I have bandit signs, realtor, work expired, absentee, and preforeclosure leads. The deals are coming in....My problems involve being more organized and having less systems in place. I was just wondering what everyone else is using (as far as organizing the different types leads and follow ups, etc...).
