OfflineI have prop I'm interested in seeing...I found out it's being offered by another investor. Is doing a deal with another investor my best oppty? Or should I strictly be looking at FSBO props? I'm a newbie looking for my fist wholesale deal.

as long as you have a serious buyer.
Most investors have less patience than agents or brokers when it comes to their time because they have holding costs to deal with and showing their properties to someone who can't buy it is not good.

Investors can be motivated also.
unless the buyer has cash to buy within a week or at clean title, which is about the same time, the odds of getting a property at an even deeper discount that it was bought at are minimal.
That's my experience at least
