cash buyers list

cash buyers list

I asked my agent to send me a list of cash buyers for the last 90 days, but instead she sent homes that were sold using cash in the last 90 days. I have a info sheet with picture on each house, about 25-30 of them. should I just do a search on who bought them to get my cash buyers? Can she send me names of cash buyers, or not? Do I go to the courthouse to look up these properties, sorry I am confused now. Tammy

in most cases you can access your city/county records online to obtain the buyers names and where the tax bill is sent to. Other times you'll need to look it up in phone book and contact them or may have to go to courthouse records in person

once you have info, send out letters or call to see if they would be interested in more discounted properties and where

Mike is right. I don't think realtors will give you the name of the owner because they think, "Oh wait this is confidential info, I can't give you that".
You can still get the names and addresses from the tax records though.
Good job on getting that list. The realtors I asked to send me this list, just ignored the question. I guess it was too far out the box for them to think, lol.

This is a great method to use. Did you call the agent or did you communicate through e-mail to get that info?

I talked on the phone and emails for the information. Mike you are always so helpful. Thank you so much. I know this information has been repeated time and again, but I guess it kind of goes out the door when you are trying to put it all together. Thank you for the help. Tammy
