OfflineDoes anyone know of a website where you can make a flyer? We have to go to an REI meeting tomorrow night and I would like to make some kind of flyer on the property we have for sale to hand out. I thought it would be a good idea to do this so that we don't have to constantly tell all the features to every investor. We could just hand them a flyer on it and then elaborate on the property.

if you need something fast.
you can use microsoft work or excel or any software you already have. Design you flyer, insert the picture and text (something you will also have to do if you use any online company).
Once you have your design ready just go to office depot or staples and print them in the paper of your choice. its like 10 cents per page or something like that!!!
