OfflineThanks to you guys in the dg family i just made a good buyer contact.I looked at the for rent ads on craigslist and called the number and it turns out he is a cent21 broker and is looking to buy mfh.Fixer ups or turnkey.He also asked if i knew anyone interested in 95 acres.no specifics on location or price.still trying to build a rapport.He was very receptive to the idea of assignments and wants me to send him some details of the property i have under contract.I owe it to you.My biggest struggle hasnt been finding equity or underpriced and undervalued homes its been finding those with means to capatilize.
