Besides REI clubs, where else?

How else can you physically find real investors besides going to REI clubs??

Investors...

Answer Craigslist posts, post Craigslist ads, answer newspaper ads, drive around and find rentals and then call the owner (usually an investor and if not they are more than likely motivated sellers) Ask realtor if they know any, ask mortgage brokers, RE lawyers etc... it is endless but if you ask if people know an RE investor, most people do.
