Has anyone had any success using the new SIMS (Sellpoint)? Can't get tech support. I am anxiously waiting for Deans new system!

I have put a couple of homes on here and I did get the two years free. But when I go back and check them I have got no response in 10 days.

Randy when you fill out the listing information on your house then it goes to the next page where you can out pictures of your house....what happens when you click on "SAVE."????

It always gives me a "STRING ERROR" thing and my ad goes away....so I start all over and fill out the information sheet...then go to the next page and add my pictures of the house and click on "SAVE" and the exact same thing happens all over. I get so fustrated.

Greg Clement will not even to respond to my many help requests. I email the other guru's who constantly send out the emails telling how great SIMS's 2.0 is and they tell me to email Greg...I tell them I did and he never responds...then they don't respond back to me.

Thought I'd stick it out and wait for Dean's program. Glad I did.

I haven't had any problems so far with SellPoint. I beg to differ about Dean not leaving us hanging, though, Sis. Dean keeps telling us "It's coming..." "It's coming..." "It's coming..." Any day now, Dean!

For those of you that have no problem posting your houses on SIMS...after you fill out the first page on the property you are going to list...then it goes to the second page where you upload the pictures of your house...what buttons do you see on this page?
I can see the button that says "Make this your main picture" then there is the "Delete This Picture" putton then there is the button that is for saving the pictures you added.
Where is the button you click on to post the ad????? I don't see it anywhere at all/ Do you?

Man did I want to get the FULL sims package but decided to try out the sellpoint. Honestly I thinks it's a waste of time I put a house up there supposedly only 5 people viewed it and I edited it and blasted it several times still nothing!! No response from anyone!! Souded like a great idea but it didn't work

Tammy convinced me to wait for deans system!! I can't wait any longer I'm so anxious!! But I trust dean 20X more than Greg Clement!! The reason becuase dean is real and reads our posts sometimes I see him online logged in an I smile and yell at my computer

I too got the two years free... I'm starting to think everyone gets that? Anyway, I have "blasted" a total of 4 properties on with Sellpoint only to find that they NEVER were posted on the 40 plus sites that they were supposed to be listed on.

I'm confindent that DEAN will have an unbelieveable product which is why I passed on SIMS 2.0 especially when I get emails from Greg Clement stating that the server has crashed and that he is sorry for the techincal difficulties etc... I'm soooooo glad I past on that because Sellpoint sounds great, look great, but the end result is far from stellar because I have not sold those properties through Sellpoint nor have I been able to build any buyers with it either.

I'm buying whatever DEAN puts out!

Dean when will you be releasing this product? I'm all in!!

I didn't have a lot of problem getting my house logged on but it did take a few times. But I m getting no response at all. All my log in to see how many people are looking at the houses are mine. I think I have 5 on one and 6 on the other. Which like I said are mine.

Well maybe it is because it is new and they are trying to get the kinks worked out. I still think after someone has sent 5 emails asking for help they would have the common courtsey to respond for the sake of the reputation of their new product.

I never take the time to post on issues but this one has made me very angry. I was busy and missed the deadline for the free SellPoint so I paid $47 based on all the hype. I posted 2 properties, no response, no views, they don't show up on any of the advertised sites that I checked such as Trulia, Zillow ... etc. Some of the features / links in SellPoint aren't even functioning. I've attempted to contact SellPoint support around 10 times with no response. From what I can see, you can only try to contact them by email. No phone support? From my perspective, completely worthless program in fact, I will likely fight to get my money back.

This is the perfect example of the highest tech web sites, blasting out to buyers nationwide blah blah blah. Nothing replaces or is effective as the good old telephone and door knocking. Very old school low tech stuff. You actually meet and talk to real people that way! Waiting to see what Dean has to offer and the cost. Its been quite a build up that's for sure!
Don't get me wrong, I have 4 websites for buyers and sellers and they are very useful but I have not to this date had one of them produce a property at 65% of ARV after repairs. That darn computer just hasn't been able to figure my rehab costs or current and accurate comps yet! I have to get up off my rump and go take care of that on location!
Just my thoughts on this!

The Set For Life is probably the answer to what you're looking for, Michael. Especially if you've got the $1300 to fork over for it.

Charge it, borrow it, do whatever it takes if you believe it will help you get your 1st deal! $1399 is not a lot and you should pay it off with your 1st deal.
Make a commitment! Poop or get of the pot etc. etc. If you REALLY want to have it, you will find a way.
I got it and downloaded the marketing section, edge 2010 work book, get a deal in 30 day bonus. This stuff is all great for the newbie and for the people that have not done a deal. A lot of entry level stuff, seen it, heard it, but I am doing multiple deals so its not for me, but it is a must and of course should be included in Deans set for life program. It will answer all the questions that I see asked on this website time and time again! I know I will learn some things from the edge DVDs. The reason I ordered the program was for the discounted SIMs type automation. I hope this will streamline and organize my acquisitions and sales. I know it will NOT do it for me, it is just a tool. The price is half of what Greg Clement sold it for and the monthly fees are half! WAY TO GO DEAN!!

Get over the F.E.A.R. Get it and APPLY IT!! Remember if you only have so much time a day to get your business off the ground, spend it taking action not on here avoiding! Start overcoming fear and lack of confidence! You can do it!!

I have completed the information in both pages for selling my property and went to sell point. It says that it was posted to all these different sites with success. When I click the link for my sellpoint the pictures do not show up. Also I have checked several of the sites and my ad is not there. Also I have received several sellpoint adds by the powermatching thing and I still can not view any pictures or information on the properties.

Does anyone know how to fix this. And if not does anyone have the number to talk to someone other than a sales rep for SFL?
