Getting that first one done.

Getting that first one done.

I have found a couple gems in my area and Im a little nervous pulling the trigger. Still a little confused on getting the house under contract. I know all about finding the FMV and my due dilligence. I just stumble when it comes to what contracts to use in what order. If anyone can help me get over this bump I will be a very happy man. I cant wait to do my first deal so I can take a deep breathe and say ahhhhh YOU DID IT!!!! Now keep going!!!!!!!!!

Thanks
Bill

i had the same problem

Its as simple as this....
Find out what's really scaring you the take steps to cover come it....

I had a fear of failing or making a mistake so I armed myself with enough knowledge to feel confident on making my next move ...but here's the thing now something was holding me back from making the next move and I didn't know what it was and in the back of my head was a quote that I read that helped me out a lot... take a step forward everyday big or small eventually you will reach your goal....
so jot damn a list of steps you need to accomplish to get the deal done and everyday do something that can bring you closer to accomplishing your goal...

Remember every step counts

Now I can't tell you what contract to use because I don't know wht type of property you are looking at...
Give a little more detial and maybe I can help

I had the prob as well

If you are doing assignments then all you need is a Purchase Agreement and Assignment Contract. If something else, you can explain. Just don't be to scared or anything, just be confident and everything will work out. All the other investors were new at 1 time so just do it...

Thanks Guys

Thanks for responding. I know I just have to go out and make it happen.I just made call about a house and I had a hard time saying I was an Investor....Its tough starting out with no money and getting past the fears. I just gotta get my buyers list together and move foward. So anyway what contracts are needed when Im trying to buy a hous and then sell it quick to one of my buyers???

Thanks again guys!!!!!
