Mike, Good deal. I've been reading your posts all WEEKEND . I've been learning a lot from you. You have even answered some of my questions that I have for my Coaches come Monday. It's a bummer when I have questions that I can't get the Success Academy to answer until the next business day.
Thanks for the knowledgable advice. Even after 5-6 mos. I still have difficulties navigating through this site to ask a question. So I don't ask, in fear. Well, keep posting knowledge, I'm not the only afraid to ask. Sometimes we just don't speak up. Terrific idea. This can often be the difference between you selling your house or the buyer going down the street. Even offering an inexpensive 50" flat screen TV can be a huge incentive for only $500 or so.

IF i'm in the middle of rehab, I Always tell potential Buyers, "If you'll sign contract now, I'll let You pick YOUR colors and flooring (to a certain extent), this allows them to make it THEIR Home NOW!
