OfflineI had an offer accepted for a house that needed minimal work and was not a bad looking house. I put this in another post so if you read it, I will be repeating myself. Anyway, they wanted $22K for it initially and I got it for $9400. I advertised it for 16,500 and I have had several people interested. This one couple from out of town wanted to see it. She said they were going to live in it long enough to fix it up and then move on to another one. They are retired and this is what they do. They didn't really like the house after they saw it, but wanted to see another one I had. They weren't sure about that one and said they would think about it while in Vegas for a week. So whether they come back and decide to buy it or not, I just added another cash buyer to my growing list! They gave me their card and told me to keep sending them deals. That's how easy it is when you start networking and meeting people!!!
Everything works out in the end. If it hasn't worked out, it's not the end.
