We are hearing it all the time aren't we. I don't particularly care for Joan Rivers, but that was a clever move, and I hope she sells it for what it is at least worth. Kind of like the stores where they raise the prices and then have a "sell." I have known about this practice since I was a teen and working in a dept store.
