Seeking Trainees/Partners for TX, CA, OR, IN, FL, TN

We are looking in the areas mentioned above. Been on the site a while and looking to partner with other DGer's who need a little help, but have done their DG homework also. I just closed a deal with TeresaJo in Texas, here on DG. Glad to get her a first deal done! You can read the details in her journal.

I have been on here for a year but have not posted anything until now. I have had 3 houses under contract but nothing has come out of them. It would be nice if you could fill out your bio information so you can we can know a little about you. It would also help other DGer's partner with you in your specific area also. It looks like you are in TN correct?

We will conduct an interview to ensure we're dealing with serious individuals. I've been contacted by a few people and look to contact each person today. Going forward, if selected to work with us you will either work with myself or Jeanine (depending on where you reside). Please be patient with us as we have a few people to get through. Ultimately we would like to start with 6-8 people and will add more as we complete the training sessions. Thanks!

Once we have our limit on the target areas, we'll have to cut back on the request. Please be self-motivated and it's good idea to know the basics of RE investing. Yes, the deal with Teresa had a few bumps, had to get the owner to do a probate( (w/attorney) to sell the (minor) son's interest in the property before it could be sold. All in all, it worked out. A lesson, if you have a owner on title with a minor, they need a court order to sell the minor's interest. The child is living.

@Val, I know you know my experience and a couple of people I have helped close deals with on DG ... Lenee. (MsIndiana317) and i have been working deals for 4 years now. I helped her close her 1st, 2nd, deals and we've been going since How is it going in your area (Cali). Are you still investing out of state in Ohio?

@CaliToni, you can pm me. I work the L.A. area and have a Broker partner there of 10 years and we have done many deals! He was an agent when i met him years ago. Taught him investing ..lol. Ventura area, N. Hollywood etc, but pretty much anywhere in L.A. county. Working on a probate in L.A. now for a few in-laws. I'll pm you.

I do know probate deals, , and help owners file necessary docs, but I also use EVERY investment strategy.
