Fixer Upper

Hello DG Family,a realator called me and said he had a fixer upper for 45,000.Is it possible to use Matts formula to make a fixer upper with alot of rehab costs a good deal? (I have a buyer that wats a fixer upper.)

Yes

Figure out what the ARV will be. Get a good estimate on the repairs. Do the math and make the offer. A fixer upper will be easier to pass to a rehabber than a ready to go. They will do their own work and save some of the rehab cost.
