OfflineHello dg family,can I put my money into a self-directed IRA,and get it out to invest in a property without getting pentalized,also is it better to go through a bank or a hard money lender,where can I find a hml,I might invest in a property across the street where I live,its cheap but needs alot of work,I'm not giving you details yet,I did that before and the deal fell through,if it goes through I will give the DG family details,I just need some input on getting some money,Thank you!

Ive done some research on it and it vairies between companies. As far as loans go you can get loans but my understanding is that you cannot personally guarantee them. There are a few good books on the subject and I would contact a few of the larger companies. Guident finacial has people that could answer some questions for you.
