> 2-18-2010....today was a blessed day by far! A very good friend of mine referred me to a friend of his that he thought could give me some insight on investing. I've had this person's number for one week now and just emailed him and received a reply to call him earlier today. And I called him alright!
Check this out: This guy has been investing for the last 10-12 years and is pumped about the market right now. He said his advice to anyone is to jump on the bus and ride it until the tires go flat!
He is a Broker, has an investors group that consists of RE agents, appraisers, loan agents, attorneys, etc. Not only that, he can close in two weeks, did you hear me? Two short weeks!
And, the best part is he is willing to partner with me on assignments and flips. Yahoo! Let me get in my car right now and get to driving to find those killer deals.
Thank you Jesus.......I'm so excited, I just can't hide it, I'm about to lose my mind and I think I like it! lol

Shiela, I am so proud of you for taking those steps! You may think they are small but each step leads tot he next. Thinik about those lil tiny steps you took in the beginning and then think about where you are now. Exciting isn't it? Now think about where you will be in a month, a year, five years. Tat is where the real excitement is!!!
