OfflineI have read both of Dean's books, Profit from Real Estate Right Now as well as Become a Real Estate Millionair. Looking forward to reading Dean's new book. I have always had the entrepreneur bug ( grew up in NYC 
moved out the city and into the suburbs that's when I got the desire to invest into real estate.

Thank you for the post. I am from Connecticut...moved to Florida 22 years ago and never looked back. I love it here. I have had so much help from my DG family! I have been with Walmart for the last 18 years,wow things are changing so I am trying to make extra money to make ends meet,but just keep getting deeper because of intrest rates. well Thanks again...Diane
