OfflineGood morning DG family, I went out and viewed a couple of properties this morning. They both look pretty good. I want to make an offer but I have an obstacle to over come and that's the upfront money of 5K. The brokering company is willing to be flexible on the price with a cash offer but, firm if I use a lender (conventional finance). Once I was looking on this site and one family member (Anita) had a list of Lenders, I can't find that posting anymore. Does anyone else in the family know of any "unconventional hard money lenders" that I could contact to secure the needed financing. Thanks family,

Thanks guys, I found the information right were you said it would be. I got off work late so I book marked it so I can read it tomorrow. Wish me luck, I'm on my way to the next level.
PS. I have an appointment with a title specialist in the morning, next on the list are a lawyer and agent. I meat a gentleman today installing siding, I got his card and will pickup that interview latter. I may not be doing this ( building my team of professionals) in a guided order, but I'm doing it non the less. "PROGRESS" is a beautiful thing.
