We have $50K for this deal and just need $30K to cover rest of $27K est. $3k closing cost and fee. and I have another $15K cash in bank just for raining day.

BeReall, you said you needed $30k to put towards a wholesale deal. It is my understanding we are to refer to DG files under Coastal funding to show the POF (proof of funding). Is this the correct way for Ling/Dustin to structure the deal?

Hey, For my understanding Coastal funding only good for 1-3 days and I was doing buy and hold try to refinance with back which $30K will do.
If it's for wholesale deal the coastal funding will work if you can find any other source of income.
