Are you looking at buy, fix & flips; what type of properties; are you going to be the GC; REOs, short sales or private sales, what kind of ROI ???
This would be a good place to start, after all a partner should have strong points that the other doesn't ...
Hi Lynda,u find the houses and I know how to sell them, if they are junkers we will flip to rehabbers. if they are nice houses we can lease option them to buyers. I'll split the profits with you 50/50
I have a questionair, questions to ask the seller. If it looks like a deal we can wirite up a contract and get it sold. Rando

I've updated my profile "about me" that tells a little bit about what I'm up to....yes buy, fix & flip is one avenue, I would be acting as GC because I know a plumber, electrician, sheet rock person, masonry, demolition guy etc...these people all, would welcome extra work. I'm looking @ 2 REOs right now 1 of them I am very familiar with and aggressively, hopefully can be within my reach. The ROI will vary on each place of interest,I do know it must be attractive to my partner involved. Thank you, very kindly,for responding to me...will keep all who is interested posted

Yes I have 2 of Dean's books...I do not have his "30 days to Cash" by Dean....that perdicular book is on my wish list....I do not know of the DG study group, is it under the heading of "30 days fast start audio?".....Thank you Valiant
