Let's see if I can do this deal or not, one guy he want to sell his house he own no mortgage or no any deeds. the house it's in livable condition for rental don't need work just lipstick. He want to see it's for $74K will pay $8K toward buyer's down payment or fee...ect then pay $500.00 each months for rent lease for one year. 3 room 1 bathroom He has someone rent it for $615.00 a month for two rooms. which he has one room for himself. my question is it's that do able good deal for me?

$8000 plus $6000 monthly rent equal to $14000 and the yearly expense only $7300 ~7500 what will give me around $6000~6500 income and don't need to pay anythng or do anything at first year. lol do I need to put down payment for mortage?

It's so easy and simple!! i don't know if I have not yet done it. but I did it, it's first one, and it's so much to thanks for, it's actually making profile now. LOL I am super exciting about next deal, I can do and you all able to make it happen, keep up with good work everyone.

I am new to real estate investing, but the Realtor is not so much fun to work with when you first starting real estate, I have one Realtor, she made me felt like worst person in the world, she would tell me" don't forget that, I done a lot for you and have making anything" at the time i felt ready bed and will not ask her to do anything for me, we only wont to see one house total and make 5 offers that it and she is still on my tail like when are we going to make any money, I was like I am doing what I can to follow the Real Estate support team to got myself on the real number and do it right and all. Um I know it's hard to heard but she is not right Realtor to get involve in my goal, past 3 months I been doing DG Real Estate, just now I see my self as a real investor because, I am going to take to next Realtor that willing to work with me and make 25:1 work and I will not let anyone get on my way of my own success for my family and my future.
Real Estate works and I am in it to made it.
