I'm excited to see another investor on here. I have been investing for a while as well, I have found that keeping this journal does a few things for me. If I don't have an entry than that means I didn't do much that day for investing. I need to increase my productivity. also I learn from other students of dean.

Today went pretty well look at 4 properties made two offers. Locking up financing tomorrow..
Well I lost one of my deals today because I wasn't able to show proof of funds..I'm locking up one deal tomorrow with proof of funds..I'm making another offer and my contractor already look at the property working on getting me a bid for the repairs..Once I get my deal lock up..I will start marketing the house to flip and add to my buyers list..Also get my lease option machine roaring..

Today I look at about 6 houses..I only saw one that is worth making an offer on..I will submit an offer and see what the bank comes back with..Tomorrow I'm going to turn my focus to get my lease option machine going..
Today I look at 3 to 4 houses..All of the houses were trash..I didn't make any offers today..Tomorrow I will bring more positive energy to make the changes that are necessary..
I have a gap in my journal..Some what of a challenge keeping up with the IE elite check in's and keeping my journal going. Since my last post, I had the bank reject my offer because they wanted an updated proof of funds letter..Then once I told them it was current they accepted the offer. I met with my contractor to review the numbers on the repairs and everything looks good. Once I receive the sign offer, I'm going to get the utilities turn on so I can get it inspected. Review my repair numbers again after that. Since my last post I've look at about 3 to 6 houses. I made an offer on an additional property. In the upcoming days I need to work more on my wholesaling business. Since my last post I mainly have been reviewing materials. I believe not only is it important for you to stay positive but to share that joy with others. This approach to real estate investing is wonderful. I really enjoy feeling the positive energy all around me..
