Before making offers?

There is couple houses that will like to making offer, but should we go see the house before we put out offer with all the comps and all?

Before Making Offers

In general, you do not need to go and see a property in order to make an offer. I call that a "professional property looker atter." You can go look at a property after you have an offer accepted. Even then, you can leave the looking to your buyers.

Now, if you are brand new, I have no problem with you looking at properties so that you develop your understanding and getting a better grip on what is going on with real estate.
