Hello all my fellow REI peeps!
I want my 1st blog to tell you all a little about
myself and then we will get to the goals.
I am a Realtor...a wife...a mom to 4 boys...a daughter...and a friend to many. That being said you
can see where time is limited.
Things I like to do...anything someone tells me I cant lol. All tho this is true about me I like just about
everything BUT paperwork and reading.
My brain works in weird ways...I love turning everything into a game. Setting small goals and reaching them is winning the game. When your a kid and
you win something in school that excitement that rush...im a junky for it. I asked my hubby to bring home lil smiley face stickers...hes like for what huny..i have a calender book and everyday i walk on my treadmill to start back in the habit i want to win the sticker and place it on my calender. Weird I know but it works for me.
On to RE...I have always known that RE is where the money is. My hubby started talking about DG YEARS ago.
He order the books and I read one. Because I dont like to read if I pick up a book I dont put it down until im finished. My hubby takes a lil more time...so while he was finishing the 1st book I decided to become a Realtor. Long Story short 3 yrs later...im still a Realtor and hes still reading DG....LOL
A few months back my hubby says...would you like to go on a lil vacation....im like SURE! Somewhere hot and a beautiful resort...Im thinkn this is great..whats gotten into him. Little did I know I was being set up to start a new game. He took me to AZ to the Edge event
where I have gotten fired about winning the game of REI. Making deals that most Realtors say...you cant do that! The rush I get just thinking about saying Oh YES I CAN and the excitement of showing them a check and saying and I GOT paid is great.
So on to goals to get me there:
1. Talk to my broker and make sure he understands what i am doing and that we are on the same page.
2. Business cards...web site..numbers in place.
Because I am a Realtor team members are in place and I have a nice buyers list. With that being said if you have a property in place and the numbers work please contact me...Im really looking forward to my 1st deal here in the DG family.

Congratulations! I speak from experience when I say that a fully committed husband/wife team is an unstoppable combination. For example: My wife is very good on the phone and door knocking (I am terrible). I am good dealing with agents, contractors and fellow investors. Where one has a weakness the other will have a strength. What a blessing it is to work together husband and wife. As a team, sharing everything!!

It's exciting that your wife is so pumped up after her "vacation" to the EDGE event. Sounds like the two of you will be unstoppable. When I got my wife to go with me to the EDGE event this year she definitely knew where I was taking her and why. After the EDGE my wife asked about creating a profile here on DG.com. Hopefully she will find her way here soon and we can team up as well.
