I am looking for someone to do a joint venture with me on a property I want to fix and flip. If you have any questions you can respond back to this email. Also, if you are interested I will send you all the information about this property.

I suggest that you join a REI club in your area and attend their monthly meetings so that you can network with other investors there who may be interested in partnering with you.

I would have to agree with Valerie, that networking locally and at your REI Club is the best way to go. Afterall, when you take on partners that you never meet you can get into a whole heap of trouble. Remember that once you partner, your partner can then do something without your permission and cost you money, your reputation, and legal troubles. Think carefully about who and how your partner, and you may want to get legal advice.
Disclamer. I am not an attorney and not giving legal advice, but just information for you to help you out.
