This is Angel, Thanks for the funding source. I just had this happen to me yesterday where the agent I contacted about a property in Los Angeles didn't want to accept my offer cause he said he called the number on the P.O.F. letter I submitted and didn't get an answer. I then had the option to get another letter, V.O.D (verification of deposit) with this company but they wanted to charge me $495.00 and that was out of my reach.
