I also backed off for almost 3 years struggling with my fears because I was very shy, procrastinating a lot for my age and specially doubting myself that I had what it took to be in real estate investing. I just had to take action and use Dean's proven strategies and as Carol Stinson said " IF FEAR WAS GOING TO TRY TO STOP ME IT WAS COMING WITH ME...I WAS GOING TO JUST DO IT AFRAID!"
