God bless DG family. My question is what exact wording is needed in attracting investor buyers who are actively looking for deals and under what heading will they be reading to find someone who may have a deal they want.

I agree with Jay, create urgency in your ads, but keep them simple, direct and avoid putting price. Then you want to place then under Real Estate section under the "Real Estate for Sale" link.

Here are some tips for posting to CraigsList that I have had great results with...
The BEST times to post on Craig’s List are always Sunday evenings around 7pm. Also be consistent and do it every Sunday. The best times for a weekday ad are Tuesdays & Thursdays between 1-3pm & 7-9pm. This system was tested by a marketing guru and received the best results.
For finding buyers: Put Your Posting In "Real Estate For Sale" Section
