Heart wrenching lead in West Virgina but not set up, need u to take over.

I set up my free call center months ago but have not looked at this biz opp since and somehow received a message today for help form a women that lost her husband a couple months back and is a 2mo late on mortgage as of 7/5/2011. I need someone to follow up with her. How do I give you the info without posting her #. She sounded desperate and sad, caught my heart.. Please help me help her with an active member.
