this type of assignment is for buyers only assuming sellers mortgage.buyers dont need credit or deal with the bank in any way.most banks will not let anyone assume mortgages.but the home owner has the legal right to assign his mortgage to a buyer.so long as the buyer honors the sellers mortgage he will get the deed in the end.my strategy is to find foreclose or preforclose properties and try to help these people out of a bad situation.by finding people with little or no credit and help get them a home.my payment will be what ever i can get for a down payment from the buyer.on an average of 3k to 8k dollars.just wondering if anyone else has done a deal like this out there yet.if so just looking for advice on all leagal contracts involved.thanks for any help. I thought it was or is the same thing as lease options, but I don't know. I got emails about it all last week from all the major gurus known to man. Has anyone bought this? If so, what's your take on it?

The only Way Your going to get the contracts is purchase the course.
Basically you are doing a Subject to the existing Mortgage. Getting a fee to find a seller and a buyer that would be able to take over the existing payments, The house are "as is" when they take them over and the homeowner basically is not going to receive no profit. You can watch the videos of all Gurus but you won't get the whole concept.
I haven't even begin to look into Mortgage Assignments that have resurfaced lately but I see this guy Duncan W. posting about it a lot. Read this article.

Have you read Greg Murphy's stories? I think he has perfected the strategy that you are interested in.
