I want to know are there anyone who used The Tax Club before succeeded in REI through them? Was it worth spending thousands of dollars to help you succeed? I actually purchased The Tax Club, but I'm not sure if I made the right investment. Should I stick with The Tax Club or look for a way cheaper company? I am considering to get my refund back, but I am being reluctant right now.. I know that focusing on my business structure too much will not make me any money. Any testimonials regarding The Tax Club would be greatly appreciated.

There are better investments out there when it comes to setting up an LLC. The people who sell you their package deal are very persuasive and explain the benefits of an LLC very well. But I've heard there are places that don't require monthly payments and are a hecka of alot cheaper. So my suggestion is to get your refund back because there are much cheaper opportunities out there.

Get the refund, Use those services after you make your first million. You can do your own LLC or INC, whatever, build your own business credit get a accountant yourself in the mean time ETC ETC. Spend that money on earnest deposits on offers you make.

Get your money back now! There are better companies out there. Dean does NOT back them or endorse them (if they gave you that schpeal). Check their BBB. RUN!
I tried to be diplomatic, you made me laugh!! We both got our refund!!

Don't use them!!!! I learned my lesson and will be paying for it for a long time thru thousands of dollars in debt. They charge you a monthly and quarterly fee. Not being a business owner before and green to the whole legal side, I thought it was endorsed by Dean and didn't do my research. Their fees tied up my business credit cards which could have been used to boost my buying power. I have a house sitting that I can't finish rehab because I ran out of money.
Find someone locally that you can personally talk to and see their face.
I love Tammy's comment, but all laughs aside-she is right.
You're better off using that money to make your first deal! you don't need the Tax Club-there are many options out there-check out legalzoom.com; they can set up your LLC for you; better yet, get the book 'LLCs for Dummies'-has information and forms for all 50 states.
Wishing you great success,

To add fuel to the fire, I just found out that after being duped into joining the Tax Club and spending way too much for very poor service, my taxes were never efiled to the IRS.
My husband and i joined the Tax Club too back in Feb. I wish i hadn't as they have done nothing for me and i am paying for it monthly. I got a bunch of calls in the early weeks and then nothing. I too thought they were endorsed by Dean. I am just finding out now they are not. I never knew i could have got a refund. I'm not sure what to do now or if i can get out of it. We have so many credit card payments from trying to set our business up the right way that we are now in dier straights. Any advice from anyone????
Have heard too many negative comments.
Peace and Blessings,
Sheila

I to fell into the trap believed it was endorsed by Dean, after eight months cancelled way to expensive.
Did you get back your initial investment when you cancelled or did you just have to take the loss?
No, we were too far into it for a refund. Sure learned a valuable lesson. I could have bought a property with an income for what we shelled out. Glad to hear some people were able to recover some funds. Oh well, can’t go back, on to the next challenge. You may want to try Dean's support staff or call Megan for ideas on a refund. Hope you get some good news.
