I have decided to put together "The Matt Larson Challenge"
What is the Matt Larson Challenge?
It is a real estate training and acquisition program that would be comparable to the training and guts it takes to become a Navy Seal. You will get knocked down, beat up, tested, and pushed past the point of failure. Many people want to become a Navy Seal-but very, very few can endure the process. It is the same way with the "Matt Larson Challenge". Do not enter if you are weak. Do not enter if you are a quitter. Do not enter is giving up is an option. Do not enter if you like the odds in your favor. Do not enter if you want to "get rich easy". Do not enter if self discipline is not a priority in your life. I like to make things hard. I want the road to be painful. I want to push you past the point of failure. Why? Because I am making you tougher and stronger so you can BECOME. Your the project, not real estate.
Who should enter the "Matt Larson Challenge"?
-People with intestinal fortitude, a.k.a. "guts"
-People that want to win-regardless of the price.
-People tired of losing
-People with long term vision
-People with delayed gratification
-People that want to work their guts out-for free
-People that want the training to become a real estate acquisition machine that absolutely cannot be stopped in any economic climate or situation!

California is nothing but one big challenge. It hasn't stop me and I don't plan on letting it. But if you need a challenge this is the place and your boot camp would be right up my alley. It doesn't really matter where you have your boot camp bring it on. I can relate to how you started in real estate working in a machine shop because I also work in a similar invironment and looking big time for my way out.

Matt has tweeted our horn and enticed us to take on a challenge. However, while we wait for Matt's challenge, we have to focus on our own challenge of doing what we have to do, that is, get out there and do those deals. This is a perfect example of waiting in the wings for something to happen when we should be making it happen ourselves. It is only we to make our dreams a reality. God Bless.

Hi Matt, I assume that this is already part of your challenge to us. Got my first Deal yesterday and still want more. I lock up that deal after a year of hard works and finally comes your challenge that gave me more confidence. I'm wholesaling that deal.
Just want you to know i'm one among those who got inspired by your story and Like a US Navy Seal (as what you said) who swear and willing to give up their life to defend the country and constitution, am/we're here and willing to learn with an open mind from those who are also willing and determined to train us to become a Navy Seal of REI like you, for us to be more independent financially and be a good provider for our Childred and family. How do you get the money for an inspection to be done on a home before you agree to buy? Or did you just know what your looking at so that you now its in good shape? I found a duplex in foreclosure and want to try to buy but this would be my first deal, I dont have any money and my debt to income ratio is bad, any pointer would be great thanks for all your help.
