Hello Everyone...

I wanted to let you know about a web site I found through the Arizona Republic newspaper in Phoenix, a couple of months ago. We are all looking for good deals and it seems to have some that you might not find in your local MLS's and realtor.com. Here is the web site so you can check it: www.investorloft.com.

Thanks for the site, Tom!

I checked it out and signed up (for free). Seems like another great site to add to my RE toolbox! It doesn't cover every state but it has enough, and for those looking to purchase in other states, then this seems like it would be a good site for them too to add to their toolbox!

(I already saw a Florida property on there that caught my eye...)
