to get you started on the rei path you want to read the simple quick book of "30 days to real estate cash" Then the others can just add fine techniques, but just start implementing what you learn in that yellow book!

With a name like ours, how can we not be cool. LOL Thanks for the suggestion. I do expect to get through and absorb all of Dean's books and I do enjoy the Matt Larson videos that I have seen so far. I look forward to checking the link you provided to watch a few more of his videos.

Last night I actually started reading "The Yellow Book" Today I am calling a few Realtors in my home town and back where I used to live in NJ.

Thank you as well for your input. As I mentioned to Walt, I started reading "30 days..." last night and am already excited. I have been investing in real estate for 12 years and have had many ups and downs. Financially, I am just starting to climb back from a new low, but with these tools and the encouragement and support of the community I know I will get back to where I was and beyond.

I am amazed at how simple this blueprint to success is to follow. Sure it entails a lot of work, but for years, I have been reading through posts and seeing terms like "Bandit Signs", Filling the Buyer's and Seller's Buckets", 25:1, etc. After reading about 3/4 of "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" I KNOW that ANYONE can do this. I look forward to finishing this book, reading DG's other books and joining you all with success stories of my own...not necessarily in that order though. LOL

hands down, great book. then profit from real estate now & then Be a REal Estate Millionaire.

Love that you are an agent you have the best of both worlds! MLS access & experience prob a little bit of $ & prob ok credit so you can get started more easily I bet.

Even if you don't you can still wholesale, I did, with some bumps along the way but still did it.
