I have just started using this and it as awesome !! You can add members and create cards and tasks for each member to do. Move cards around as tasks are being done and completed !! ALL MEMBERS can see what is being done and this creates a mastermind of efficiency that pushes the pm other team members to perform !! Hope this serves you
