OfflineFor several years I've worked hard to get that elusive first deal done in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, it hasn't come to fruition, My spirit isn't dampen. It'll be even sweeter when it happens.

Thank you for your encouragement. Some of the ways I've looked for deals include FSBO, Banks, For Rent Signs, Craig's List, Driving Around, MLS.
What's your experience been like?
